weekend update: easter edition

Happy Monday, guys!  I'm coming off of a 3-day weekend, and it was a good one!  I slept in on Friday and woke up just in time to meet Austin for lunch.  We went to Chipotle (our favorite spot for a quick date), and then I went shopping.  I stocked up at Half Price Books and then went to Target to browse.  I ended up getting a new swim suit!  I love their swim wear every year, and this year was no exception.  Bravo, Target!

Friday night was spent with friends.  Austin and I met up with our friends Evan and Ashley at Evan's aunt and uncle's house for a good ol' fashioned crawfish boil.  Evan's family is a riot.  They cooked up a TON of crawfish with all the fixin's and then we had a "beer pong" (we actually just used water) tournament.  Ashley was my partner, and we lost in the first round.  Womp.  Austin and Evan, on the other hand, won the whole thing!  We had a great time...thanks Uncle George!

Saturday was also full of fun.  We started the day off with brunch at one of my favorite places, Villa O. I had a chicken and spinach pizza and 1-7 "breakfast drinks".  Delish!

We kept the fun going at Top Golf, came home to take a little nap, and then we met our friend Zac for dinner at Potbelly's.  That is not a bad way to spend a Saturday if you ask me!

Yesterday was Easter!  We had some festivities and then Austin went to some basketball thing at Jerry World.  While he was off doing his guy thing, I got us ready for the week!  Laundry, dishes, groceries, oh my!

We ended the evening by eating dinner with our friends Zac and Caesar and dying some eggs.  Yay!
